3. Orders, Delivery, and Availability

After payment confirmation, we provide download links to third-party files.
Links may expire and files may become unavailable; download promptly and keep backups.
We do not host the files and cannot guarantee re-delivery after links expire.

4. Licenses & IP

Your use of each file is subject to the license terms provided by the third-party supplier. Read them carefully.
No title or intellectual property rights are transferred to you by bigpolly.
Do not upload, share, or use files in ways that infringe the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Uses

No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive activities.
No redistribution or resale unless permitted by the applicable license.
No attempts to bypass security, scrape, or disrupt the service.

6. Refunds

Digital content is generally non-refundable once access is delivered, except as required by law or where delivery fails due to our systems. Please request help via our Support page within 7 days.

7. Disclaimers

The service and content are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not warrant that files will meet your requirements or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or reputation. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Takedowns & Complaints

If you believe content infringes your rights, submit details and proof of ownership via our Support page.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
